Tracking Journals

A tracking journal is a fully customisable journal that may be used to record anything the user chooses. You may use your tracking journal to keep track of anything, from your sleeping patterns to your side gig responsibilities. You may also use a tracking journal to exercise your creativity because you can design each page as you see fit.

Tracking journals are a helpful addition to any bullet notebook. To “track” anything simply involves creating a daily-updated list. Typically, these lists are prepared on a monthly basis; however, there are also weekly trackers that may be included in your weekly overviews. There are innumerable options for what and, more importantly, how to track.

As is the case with tracking journal in general, there are no restrictions or limitations. Consider the kind of activities you would like to engage in more frequently or those that might improve your health (e.g., reading, going to bed earlier, exercising). You can also list habits you wish to eliminate (e.g., eating candy, spending money, consuming meat).

Importantly, your tracking journal should be tailored to your needs and assist you.
